Welcome to this newly renovated private guest suite located in the heart of Kitsilano, Vancouver. This unit features a spacious open concept with sleek and modern furniture. The suite includes two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom complete with a tub and shower, full kitchen, dedicated workspace, and ample storage.

With its own private entry, this suite is conveniently located just a few steps away from many shops, restaurants, and transit. It is walking distance to Kits Beach and walking trails.

The Space

The 638 square feet of private relaxation comfortably sleeps 4 people. Additional fees will be applied for an extra guest.

To enter, guests can access the lockbox located on the railing by the entrance, and we will provide them with the code for easy access.

Cleaning:

Do to the COVID-19 situation, we've enhanced our cleaning procedures in order to make sure our guests are safe. In addition, we provide hand sanitizers and any necessary supplies during your stay.

Smoking/Vaping:

Smoking & vaping is strictly prohibited on the premises, therefore a fee of $500 will be applied to any guest that does not comply.

Late Check Out:

One hour or more late check out time without prior agreement will be charged an additional fee of $100.

The suite was very clan and well equipped. Host was responsive to any questions and the check-in/out process was smooth. Location in Kitsilano was excellent for our needs, close to the Hollywood Theatre, MANY restaurants and shopping. Summary:This basement apartment was clean and comfortable but lacking in decor and any extras I'd expect from a highly-rated rental.The good:Kitsilano is the cutest neighborhood and felt very safe and family-friendly! The apartment was clean and as described in the listing. We met the owners and they were a very sweet family. The beds were comfortable, and though the apartment is fairly small, it was perfect for our family of four (two elementary-aged kids) for two nights. The kitchen has the basics but is not overly stocked with dishes or cookware. We didn't use the laundry machines but appreciate having them there! Wi-fi was good and everything appeared to be in working order. There were always parking spots available on the street right in front of the house and it was an easy drive to downtown, Kits beaches, and restaurants. There's a grocery store and a very nice wine shop within easy walking distance.The nitpicky:- Hooks! My number one rental pet peeve is lack of places to hang your things. Other than one very rickety plastic coat rack, there was nowhere to hang towels, coats, purses, backpacks, etc.- Absolutely no decor to speak of besides a couple of artificial plants. Fine, but doesn't make for a charming or memorable stay.- No free outlets for charging your phone in the bedroom. Luckily I had brought a power strip with me, but I had to unplug the bedside lamp to even plug that in.

Great location and kind host – ideal for a young family

We spent 8 nights in this home as a family of four with two young children and overall had a very nice stay. The location in Kitsilano is ideal – close to shops, parks, and the beach, which made it easy to enjoy Vancouver. The host was very kind and responsive, and we appreciated having access to baby equipment and a washer and dryer – both made traveling with little ones much easier.

A lovely little apartment

This is a lovely little apartment for someone travelling alone (you feel safe), or a family (two bedrooms with Queen Beds), or two couples.It has everything you need. You can make your own breakfast in the morning, have dinner in if you feel like it, you can make your own food.The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and clean. Everything you need is a 10 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, all kinds of cuisine. If you like to walk, the Beach walks are 10 minute drive away. I would recommend you rent a car.My host and hostess were very responsive and accomodating and helpful. Very lovely people who want to ensure you have a wonderful stay.I am picky. It is clean, bright, modern, everything works, the beds are comfortable cotton sheets, cotton towels, I would recommend it to my best friend. Thank you for a lovely Vancouver stay.Heidi
