A very nice hotel but very small space for two people. It felt like a high end hotel but the space was very small for two people. Great location, however, on the UBC campus. Total access to the university facilities including the Olympic size pool for a very small fee.

Reception area in a different building than the suite, which was fine until I had to walk to and from repeatedly because the swipe cards I was given didn’t work. In the end, she had to give me a regular key so I could get in. Maybe time for a system upgrade?? Outside of that annoyance, the suite was super clean and quiet.

Room was small but adequate. Full amenities, check-in time of 3:pm was firm but room was very clean. We originally booked 2 nights but extended for a 3rd. The price by Expedia was $249 while the extended day was $339. There was no room make-up any of the 3 days in spite of the "make-up sign" placed on the door. Fresh towels were obtained by trading with a staff member in the hallway. It appeared that only vacated rooms were to be serviced.
Substantial wooden plaque but apparently not functional.

Clean and well maintained rooms conveniently located in the heart of the UBC campus with easy access to nearby restaurants, gyms, and bus exchange (downtown is only 20 min away by bus). The only thing perhaps is the rooms are smallish, so might be tight for 2.
