The internet speed is slow. I stayed in the room located in the corner of the floor. It was far from the wifi access point and received a weak signal. It needs to be improved since the speed of internet is frastrated.

The room is clean on arrival, and staff are there every day to clean the room, replace towels /sheets as required and refill the amenities that have been used. Staff at the desk are always polite, even when faced by travellers arriving early, late, or irate. The Cache Cache restaurant has good quality food and drink at affordable prices, but bring your google translate because most of the staff do not speak foreign languages, and the menu is in Japanese.

If you have luggage that you don't want to haul around, this is the perfect place for the price, 5 mins walking distance from Tokyo train station.Finding a place to park your luggage once in the room is a different question. Rooms are cramped and tight, you have to be strategic.Same issue with bathroom. Staff very accomodating. SInce we're checking back in Yaesu after 4 days in Kyoto, staff let us leave our luggage for safekeeping, which was a relief.

Second to none.

Very cute hotel with very nice size rooms and modern design. Staff was great and very welcoming. They offer to all sorts of toiletries (at least 20 different things incl massage creams etc). Location location location. That says it all. Close to so many attractions and is within less than 5 min walk from out of this world Tokyo Station.

Don’t stay here

I booked a room and within an hour I was at the hotel to check in. They had me fill out all the paperwork and when they realize that I was gonna put my cousins bags in my hotel room while we were out and about for the day they didn’t let me check in because they said the room was only for my belongings. I had stuff in her bag that I wanted to transfer over to my bag and they never allowed me to check in and didn’t give me a refund.

Wont stay again

Very tiny room, farther from station than what it actually says. Very loud at night, a lot of drunk people on the streets outside and the noise comes through the wall. Room, especially the air condition, wreaked like cigarettes. The AC also kept shutting off saying needs cleaning. Called front desk twice. They did offer to change our rooms but we already had to figure out the space for that room and it wasn’t guaranteed that the next room wouldn’t have the same issue. It was very late when we checked in, around 1145 so didn’t want to go through that.
