The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the room we had was tiny for the 5 of us, we didn’t even have the room to open our luggages. The other thing that annoyed me was the tv, broadcasting Japanese only programs. One or two English speaking channels would be very much appreciated. The staff was helpful and nice.

The rooms are clean but that’s about it. No coffee machine in the rooms. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly . Very hot in the room when it’s 34degC outside. There is no hot water in the shower. Can’t adjust the thermostat in the shower. Only luke warm water coming. I guess this is their way to cool down their cutomers. Do not stay their. .

Very clean, quiet, all staff were very helpful, nearest station is walkable (Shin-Okachimachi), front desk has free drinking water. Luggage storage is available for free which came in handy coz our flight was in the evening and it gave us an opportunity to roam around without our luggage. I would book again!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Tokyo. It was quiet, clean and located close to the train. There are lots of local restaurants, a 7-11 just a few minutes away. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was spacious with washer/dryer, mini kitchen and plenty of sleeping and living space. Highly recommend
