Having washer and dryer in a room is so nice. No need to worry about looking for laundrymat. Our room is small which is Japan standard but everything you need is there. Tokyu Stay is closed to everything.

incredible service in an incredible place

while the stay itself was amazing, the true shinning moment was the service and staff. I had an unfortunate situation that led to me missing my first check in day, and the staff from hotels.com and the hotel itself were more than forgiving. I felt truly supported and empathized with through the service workers who tried their best to make sure i could relax. in the end i was given a refund for the first missed day and kept my booking. in a country where you dont speak the language, i have never felt more supported. the actual stay went amazing too, the room was clean and in an amazing location, the staff were always friendly, and the safety was top notch. would recommend!!
