The hotel was booked as part of a cruise package so we weren't sure what to expect. Unexpectedly, we had to stay for two extra nights, the staff were helpful in ensuring we stayed in the same room. The hotels location was great for the Kinshicho station, and within walking distance of the Sky Tree. We dined at the hotel on the first night, the food was amazing, as was the view of an illuminated Sky Tree. We arrived before check in time, and left after check out time and the staff were very helpful in storing our cases so we could carry on exploring. If I were to return to Tokyo (and I very much hope I do), I would definitely return to the Tobu Levant.

Hotel staff is responsive and polite. The hotel is in a great location. Access to all points in Tokyo is good while not having to deal with the massive crowds of some of the other neighborhoods.

Hotel is old but is very clean. Staff is nice but they are not very flexible or accomodating. They charge for storing your luggage even for one day. We asked if there could be an exception for not paying to store the luggage for the one day since we will be coming back to stay for a few more days and they refused. During our returning stay, we checked out from a 2 bedroom to check in for a 1 bedroom stay but of course check in is not until 3pm so the front desk guy kept asking us when we will be back. We first said 3pm but then later we were speaking amongst ourselves that we don't need to rush back to check in, we will check in whenever we get back. The front desk guy maybe felt overwhelmed and thought we were talking to him and he all of a sudden raised both his arms and said we will bring the luggage into the room once it's available. I think if he had just suggested that in the beginning then it would of been great customer service but raising his arms and his tone seemed a bit unprofessional. They also don't have certain amenities like other hotels. I wasn't feeling well so I had to go buy peppermint tea for myself whereas other hotels I previously stayed had teas and coffee.

The property was clean, well run and in a great location. The room was spacious with a great view of the Skytree Tower. Each day our beds were made and the towels and bottled waters refreshed which was really appreciated. All staff were very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I love the airport transportation, makes things easy. I like the Metro and JR subways lines were 10 minute walk, and the staff is great. The rooms where spacious and clean. My only negative is the bed wasn't the most comfortable but the overall area and hotel experience was great

This is a Great Hotel. Wonderful location. Close to train, shopping, food. Amazing views. Rooms were just VERY outdated. Our room had an old musky smell to it. BUT, rooms were clean, staff was wonderful and helpful. We got a 3 bed room as rooms were very small and we wanted the extra room (we folded up couch). All in all I’d stay there again..

While not in the center of Tokyo and only served by the Honzomon Tokyo Metro line, the hotel is close to the metro stop as well as the JR station.
