Good location, close to train stations. Quiet area with shopping within walking distance. Gardens restaurant buffet needs improvement. Food is mediocre. Not worth the price.

Excellent!

We have a great stay at Nikko , we’re glad we stayed here! It was close to the restaurants and mall , the train station is just out of the hotel, very clean and very comfortable bed . Staff were very nice and attentive to guests needs ! I highly recommend this hotel and I wanna book this hotel again !

Apart from the rooms being on the small size with limited storage, the bathroom and other facilities were nice and with a great power shower. The highlight was the amazing view from the premium upper floors over Tokyo Bay! Lower floors would just look at the back of the Hilton opposite so worth an upgrade if you can. Be prepared to spend £100 in the only bar on the 30th floor for a couple of drinks and two burgers and double that for the Teppanyki restaurant - if you can get in! £25 each way to get downtown in an Uber or iconic Japanese black cabs. Or £2 for the local train which is literally opposite. On balance I’d recommend this place.

They put us a wrong room (I booked a superior twin, but they put us a double room). My husband and I asked to change the room and thay helped us. Before arriving, I Spock with Hoshino-dan toalw iaw our reservation is good. It was too bad that we could not get the room we booked when we checked in.

Great hotel away from the crowds of downtown Tokyo but short train ride away. Executive rooms are worth it and lounge very pleasant. Good pool.

This was a great ending for our trip. We stayed here the last two nights of our 9 day trip. Although there wasn’t much to do around here, we really enjoyed the hotel itself and our family loved the room and the amenities in the room. Hotel staff was so gracious
