Great location! Room was small but actually perfect for us 4 (two adults 2 kids 5/6yo A window was nice even though the view was in between buildings and vents. Clean Front desk staff was okay. Not warm

Great location

Great location and great stay! The location was on Corridor Street, which has amazing restaurants. Breakfast was amazing and worth the extra. Hotwls lays two breakfast prices. Not sure the difference but go for the cheapest price. Breakfast is a buffet with a nice variety of food that tends toward Japanese. Room was much smaller than advertised, however. Didn't check out the spa due to negative reviews.

The hotel had great service and was nearby plenty of shops and restaurants. Walking to the nearest station was only a few minutes away so you could get around Tokyo very quickly.

Our room is actually big for 3 people compared to the other Ginza hotels we stayed before. It had space to walk around in the room and lay down the 3 suitcases. Bathroom is also in a decent size, however, there is an odd smell in the bathroom like sewage. Also, the air vent is on the ceiling right above the 3rd bed, the strong cold air blew directly onto my head when I was sleeping, which made it very uncomfortable and gave me headache.

We stayed here on our last night after two weeks traveling in Japan. It was a perfect spot to relax and contemplate our adventure. Everyone was very nice and helpful at the hotel, and our room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a nice shopping district, Ginza is really popping. Plus tons of great food.

Fantastic room, location and sauna!

I loved everything about Ginza hotel! The location is amazing, a full street of restaurants right in front of the entrance, combini in the same building, two minute walk to Ginza Main Street. The saune is a huge plus! The room and bathroom were specious and very clean. The breakfast closes a bit too early, also the checkout time is quite early, but overall I loved the stay.
