The room was clean and everyone was gracious as always. We were in the room next to the door that went to the restaurant and it was an assisted room which we did not need. The room was much smaller, noisier and more cramped than any of our previous stays.

"I booked last minute due to a power outage. Stayed here several times I was shocked when i was placed in room 250 that was the last room it resembled a motel room different from the rooms i have stayed in white walls bed & tv nothing glamorous or inviting . 6am i was woken up by constant loud sounds i didn’t realize the room was located along side the highway so i was up from 6am & couldnt conduct a virtual meeting online without moving towards the bathroom due to how loud the highway is. "

"room was dirty. gum wrappers on floor and under sofa. walls are so thin you can hear the next rooms. Toilet had a leak. conversations easily. called front desk about it and was told manager was not in and they would call me. Never received a call."
