"Our stay at Custer’s Last Cast was nothing short of outstanding. The log home itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully furnished, and exceptionally clean. It has the perfect balance of rustic Montana charm with all the modern comforts you’d want after a long day on the river.The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the Big Horn River in a way that makes every sunrise and sunset feel special. It’s the kind of place where you truly feel connected to the landscape.As for the fishing—this trip exceeded expectations. While we caught fewer fish than in past years, the average size was incredible, with most trout in the 20–22 inch range compared to the 16–18 inch fish we were used to. The quality more than made up for the numbers, and it was easily one of our best fishing trips yet.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated home base for your Big Horn adventure, this is the place. We’ll absolutely be back!"
