This place is so ran down it has the potential to be a nice place amd looked like it was at one point and time but clearly no upkeep is done anymore. Carpets stained wallpaper was torn. Furniture looks like it was stored outside.

For 1 night on a road trip - not a bad stop!

A good clean hotel which was great for a 1 night stop on our road trip. Breakfast was pretty disappointing - cereal and muffins.

This hotel is misrepresented. It is NOT the nice tall building. It is the mess out behind that building. Do not stay here! There is no way to get a trailer or large vehicle in the parking lot. They refused to credit my card due to their misrepresentation, such terrible customer service.

This is a Holiday Inn under new ownership. While it shows its age everything was clean and very comfortable. The bed was great and it had a dressing area outside the bathroom. Staff was great at checkin.

Disappointing......

Won't ever be staying here again. Night one had fire alarms for nearly an hour. Then the next morning I was stuck in an elevator for 20 minutes. And that evening, a barking dog in the lobby for over 45 minutes. The shower was hot and the bed comfortable, but I was very disappointed in the other stuff that happened.

The hotel is showing its use. The locked outside entry to the stairs was broken and a homeless man slept on the stair landing. The electric outlets were either broken or full. We had to unplug lamps to use outlets.

I’m familiar with this hotel from staying there many times 20 years ago. It’s definitely mid-renovation right now. I was told that the mattresses were all new and I believe that to be true. My room appeared to have the original sofa and window treatments based on my memory of the hotel in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. There was visible water damage to the tiles/wall in the bathroom, dusty air vents and cobwebs in the corners, but my stay, overall, was very positive. Like many reviews mention, the staff were outstanding! So friendly and helpful - very impressed with them. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise - nice variety for a small area. It was nostalgic for me to ride in the glass elevators again. I’m glad they’re still part of the lobby and I’m looking forward to seeing this hotel come back to life! I plan to stay again in the future.
