Trash cans overflowing and in hallway. Annex bldg is run down tenement housing one lady passed our and no lighting at all and I arrived late night. I usually wouldn't go back to truck for my pistol but this place I just didn't trust...never staying there again

Good price for area especially for a concert night. Area has very limited food options. Room was clean, but dated and worn. Also had to provide a deposit that was higher than what was listed in the booking information.

When I made the reservation on expedia it listed amenities listed Resturant, breakfast, room service. game room … etc. None of these existed. we had a plumbing issue and they did not respond until I demanded service. When I checked out they refused to provide a receipt or refund a required deposit. They stated the receipts would be provided by Expedia. Also the deposit would come from Expedia. The manager was not easy to deal with.

Staff was hard to understand. Carpet looked like it hasn't been vacuumed for a long time, Bed was hard. Remote for tv didn't work. Restaurant and casino were permanently closed.
