"Upon checkin the lobby was filled with marijuana smoke and smell. The shower in our room wouldn’t drain, room was 1/2 clean. The breakfast was terrible and the staff when asked weren’t too happy to take care of the guests."

I immediately went to the reception and reported the issue. I was told that the hotel is pet-friendly, and receptionist came and removed the feces. However, the situation became even worse — later, I found more feces in another area of the room. This clearly shows a serious lack of cleanliness and proper housekeeping standards. Being a pet-friendly hotel is not an excuse for poor hygiene. On the contrary, it requires even stricter cleaning procedures. It is unacceptable that carpets are not properly cleaned, and I had to spend at least one night in a room contaminated with animal waste. This experience was extremely disturbing and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic cleanliness and hygiene"

"Convenient location. Staff were very accommodating. Rooms updated. Clean except for the tile floors were dirty. Comfortable beds. Refrigerator and microwave. Rooms by ice machine are very noisy. Sonic restaurant uses same entry. "
