"The hotel was being renovated, and I was not notified. Arrived in town and had to find another hotel. It was Grambling university homecoming, so it was not any hotels left!! I was very disappointed in hotel.com for not notifying me. Then I got a survey on about the hotel!!! WHAT HOTEL!!"
