We arrived pretty late but the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet. The morning attendant was extremely nice with assisting me with fresh towels. The room had the best shower pressure I've ever had in a hotel. All in all it was a great stay and will be our go to stop when we're in town. Thank yall for a great stay.

My families stay was pleasant for the most part, but the bedding should be replaced as our bedding had several cigarette burns. When management was notified the problem was rectified. Other than that the room was clean and we'd stay there again.

Was here for business and this hotel did not meet expectations for a good stay in Ruston. The room was not the best condition. Burn holes in the blankets and stained pillowcases and sheets. Iron leaked water and ironboard couldn’t even stand. Bathtub was dirty. Sink water only ran warm. Fridge had an old STINK smell so I did not use it. There was no breakfast. One night, three guys were sitting in front of the hotel smoking and the smell filled the parking lot. The day of checkout, the staff called me at 9AM to ask if I was checking out at 11AM?? Then called me at 10:30 to rush me out of the room? At 11AM, two ladies knocked on my door to ask if I’m leaving. I’ve never experienced this at ANY hotel for checkout. When I checked out, I was told I couldn’t get a receipt and the staff (Gia) was very rude and unprofessional. I rate this hotel a 0/5 if I could. Would never recommend this anyone.
