"There are a lot of hidden costs at this hotel that are not disclosed upfront. The shuttle is $10 per person each way and only leaves every hour. Early check in is a $40 fee. There was no water fountain to refill water bottles at this location and so visitors would have to purchase $6-8 water bottles from their store. The room itself is very lackluster and bare bones. Shampoo is given in ketchup packet sizes. The staff was somewhat amiable, but definitely did not look happy. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful so I appreciated that part of the experience."

"Check-in was quick, smooth, and efficient. The store is a little on the pricey side for things you may have forgotten to bring but what hotel shop isn't? The hotel is beautiful, well-kept, clean, and quiet. The quick stop has a variety of options to choose from, so something for everyone. The lounge looked nice but we didn't stop in. The menu was also well rounded. The cafe has a great selection and the breakfast sandwich with a side of fruit and beverage is a great deal. The staff was friendly, the room was amazing. Large, clean, spacious bathroom with a decent shower and the water actually gets hot, so that is a plus."
