"Hotel location is great, as it’s close to the Kyoto station. Staff was friendly and helped with luggage forwarding and other queries. The property was clean and well maintained. The windows in the room aren’t soundproofed, so you may hear the trains from the nearby station occasionally. The only other issue was their WiFi, which was pretty slow."
