The pool was out of order, they cancelled our booking after we called and said we missed our flight, stayed for 3 nights and no housekeeping at all (they said you had to be present), we then asked for extra towels and they could not provide, no breakfast despite online saying they had it, very disappointed

Room 124 was in poor condition. Doors stick. Stained walls. Stained bathroom door. Toilet kept running. Tub faucet hard to pull out and temp control is difficult. Laminate flooring near the bathroom had up to 1/2" gaps. Room needs a renovation badly. On the plus side, the airport shuttle and driver were good.

We had a late check in since our flight was delayed when we arrived they didn’t have a room for us even though I booked this 2 months ago,they ended up just giving us a random room that you could stay with pets. The room was nasty, door didn’t lock, the smell was horrible, about 20 contact lens stuck to the ceiling, hole in the bathroom floor, nasty stuff all over the walls. We had no other option but to stay since it was 1:30am when we got in.DONT STAY HERE the only positive is they didn’t have any bed bugs.
