I liked that that the room had a full kitchen and a separate space for sleeping. I liked that there were two TV's. My room was very quiet. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. The check out time was unexpected, but appreciated.

The property personally was ok besides the ac sounding like a tractor trailer taking off and the spiders and ants. All these things were durable but when I saw the weed man and all the alcoholic women stumbling around I became concerned.

This hotel is a new low standard

The only good thing about the room was that the beds were comfortable. Had to go down to the desk for towels, request housekeeping, and broken things because no phone in the room worked. The dishwasher was broken. There was only one door on both closets which looked super trashy. One shower had 2 soaps and a conditioner, zero shampoo. Random fire alarm went off for no reason. Housekeeping came about every other day but never vacuumed. Breakfast was mid, lacked fruit options. One day the breakfast sandwiches were cold. Never used the pool because it looked like it hadn’t been treated in several months, couldn’t see the bottom in 5 feet of water. No pan to bake with. The fridge looked trashy with several dents and dings. The deadbolt to the room did not work and you would see light around every side of the door into the hallway, seems like a security and safety risk.

We had a room booked for 4 people. We were only given 2 towels in our room. When we asked for 2 more, we were told they ‘were out of towels’. We took our boys down to swim the next night & there were no towels in the pool area. We asked if they could give us some…same thing, out of towels 😑 Our room smelled very musty, we ended up buying a deodorizer from Walmart, which helped a little. The TV was broken (the picture showed up with a blue tint and lines down the middle) I asked the front desk if they knew how to correct it, they said there was nothing they could help us with. It was very obvious that the people working there and responsible for the upkeep do not care. As far as amenities: the breakfast was decent although they did run out of coffee once. The pool is TINY. Like smaller than a backyard pool. We wouldn’t stay here again

After checkin I went to the room. It was supposed to be a King with a Queen pull out. It was maybe a Queen with a full pull out. The room had a stench to it. The room would not cool down and I sweat most of the night and couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was mid.

The room and staff was decent. Pool was smaller than expected but it served its purpose for the kids. Gym was also super small and hot, no air. Would of used it but it was too hot in there. Breakfast was satisfactory. I love that they had options for people who prefer to eat healthier. Overall would I come back, yes.
