My stay was cut short unexpectedly. I made my reservation for three nights on Sunday and checked in within 2 hours. On Monday, I checked out because the circumstances of my visit changed. I realized that I would have to pay for the second night because I was well after checkout time. I left the hotel Monday evening and requested a refund for my third night for which they had already charged my credit card. I contacted Travelocity who contacted the hotel and informed me that the Days Inn Manager refused to refund my money for the third night quoting "policy", even though I was well prior to checkout time for third night and had left the hotel after one night. I called the hotel, told them what had happened and requested to speak to a manager. It has been over a week since I left a message for the hotel manager to discuss this. They have not shown the professionalism or courtesy to return my call or discuss my situation and request. I will not stay at a Days Inn again and feel that the staff at this particular property in Peachtree City, Georgia is uncaring, unprofessional and is not interested in engaging with or taking care of their guests.

Sorry for the inconvence and sorry you didnt get the response you wanted right away. Hole next to light socket where hair dryer plugged in.Better bed and sofa could be found at Goodwill.Ice machine not working.No free breakfast!Receipt not emailed as stated.Coffee maker was the size of a child's toy.We thought Wyndham was a good hotel chain and booked with confidence.Unsure now.

Everything, the architecture, the style, the cleanliness, quality staff, convenient location, the rooms very clean and comfortable, with every single thing I would need. The one thing I would like to see is the lobby open up as soon as possible. Almost any hotel needs a place where people can congregate and feel comfortable, and additionally be provided with a tasty breakfast. It is important to set a date positive for opening the lobby.

Take my advice don’t stay here. The TV did not work. House keeping never came or even picked up our trash. The toilet did not flush so they provided us with a plunger. We had to walk next door to McDonalds to use there bathroom. We checked out a night early and paid for another hotel. They refused to refund the night and we were made to pay a $50 damage deposit I have not received a credit for.

Do to our Covid guidelines as stated in our lobby housekeeping is only done upon request for stay over rooms. $50 Incidental fee gets processed back to you as a refund which with any refund can take any where from 5 to 10 business day to fully process back .
