I cannot thank Juan , Tina . Alex and team enough for making my stay so wonderful . My mom is in the hospital and they have been so kind and helpful . I will be back soon while we help my mom and I am so so grateful . The rooms are clean and safe and , it was easy to get an uber and food in that area . It’s in a great location- however, there were some things that could be improved: 1. All bath linens need to be burnt - I couldn’t tell if they’d been washed or not; the disinfectant they used to clean the floors was overpowering; pillows could be upgraded- I felt like I was sleeping on cardboard; not too many amenities in the room (no hangers, coffee pot but no supplies; no iron/ironing board; kitchenette but no plates/pots or utensils); hotel was generally clean and for its location, it’s ok for the price.

This is a good option for families in a pinch. It has the basics for a semi-comfortable, temporary stay (tv, bed, internet, kitchen, bathroom equipped with basic toiletries). The room was filled with the smell of smoke, and I could not breathe well because of my airways sensitivity. I also saw an insect in the kitchen area, and the couch and dressers/counters were dirty and/or stained. The staff was very friendly and attempted to accommodate my needs. However, I decided to check out just a few minutes after check-in, as it was not a good option for me.
