Really really needs a complete deep clean

Room was just ok. Stains on carpet, stains on bed skirts, mold embedded in the grout, TV didn't work, lights didn't work. Check in people were friendly. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. Breakfast was sub par, coffee was good. Pancakes were good.

I like the proximity to GSU and price. Staff is friendly. Our room is mediocre. No pictures on the walls, floor is coming up and black mold in bathroom. Exterior side door does not close and pool has been under construction for 2 years I've been coming here.

The service was average except for check-in that was great. Breakfast was put out late because the man who was to set it up was sleeping in the lobby.

The staff was very nice, but the property needs a lot of work. The room was musty when we walked in. The sheets on both beds were stained. There were 3 beers left in the fridge from who knows when. Walls were filthy. Just felt gross. The side door that's supposed to require a key to get in doesn't close all the way. We checked out and went to another property. The location is probably great if you're just there for a football game, but it wasn't for us.

The beds were clean but overall the room needed a deep clean. The carpet was very old and probably contributed to the musty smell. The elevator did not smell good. The breakfast was limited but the coffee was very good. Staff were helpful and very nice.
