The front door was located behold a boarded up bar and the front desk attended did not seem like he wanted to be there. When I reminded him I had booked a handicap room, he informed me that they only had one and someone was living in that room so noone could rent it. He then gave me a room on the first floor at least. When I entered the room and turned on the lights, no less than 6 roaches ran across the floor and bed. We left immediately and I demanded a full refund. The clerk said it was a common issue. We were forced to pay double to find another room on such short notice.

Overall pleasant experience. It is definitely showing age, could use a fresh coat of paint, room smelled a bit of smoke. However, staff was nice, room was clean, it was priced right, and came with a light breakfast.

Did not like the roaches that i saw in both rooms. The chair in one of the rooms was stained and looked as if it was bought at a yard sale. The sheets were not cleaned thoroughly.

The courtyard pool and pool fountain are very pretty. We were lucky enough to stay in a room overlooking the pool. It's a very serene area.

Don't stay here if you can help it.

Pros: The pool looked nice
Cons: Ensure that all bedding and bathroom items have been washed thoroughly between EACH visit. Finish repairs.
Location: Nothing but bring shorts
Upon immediately walking in there was an odor and the room felt damp. There were two giant cracks in the ceiling that were shabbily patched. The shower curtain smelled of grossness, it was the cloth kind and smelled as if it hadn't been washed in months. My husband had to fix the toilet. There was an annoying sound that we originally attributed to an alarm going of in a neighboring room but eventually determined it was the refrigerator. The room is classified as having 2 Queen beds and we finally determined that they were the same size as one of my daughter's, which is a Full size. Oh and be careful stepping into the bathtub, it has a rounded bottom and makes slipping very probably. Definitely would not recommend 2 people trying to shower at the same time. Also the closet door latch was broken so it did not
