Great location. Facility overall seems a bit dated and in need of repair for a “4 star” hotel at this price point. Room had issue with thermostat on arrival but this was fixed quickly by maintenance.

Our bed was so uncomfortable! The mattress was way too soft and it made it hard to sleep and my lower back was killing me the next morning. Also, I feel that there should be more free water available around the outside bar and pool areas. Most likely won’t stay again.

Our air conditioner never got under 74. It was so hot. The pool was nasty. What looked like vomit floated in it for 2 days. The rooms were outdated. Elevators were disgusting. No valet. We paid $3000 for something that felt like a Days Inn. Never again.

Parking was convenient, the room clean, the area quiet…and the pool area and beach were phenomenal. The room could have used a microwave and a functioning fridge. They did replace the fridge.
