Liked being on the beach. Prefer to have a beach front room in the historic area of the hotel. The area building over the pool needed fresh upgrades of outside floor cleaning and outside wall painting. Felt more like a motel then a hotel.

Weekend trip to celebrate 50th birthday
Beautiful place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff at the Sea shack were amazing as well as the food and drinks. The pool was gorgeous and we spent the entire Saturday at the pool. Susan, the concierge, brought me a bottle of champagne to our room for my birthday! Wonderful weekend

Beautiful Property
The property is beautiful and situated right on the beach. The restaurant Echo is on the beach. It can be busy with weddings and events so we would recommend a reservation. The staff are wonderful. Shout out to Jackie who is the best!! Only somewhat negative comment is that the linens and towels are not the softest, but I’m a linen snob so they’re still considered comfortable and not a real negative. Pool area is fairly small so you’ll want to get out early for a lounge. Great weekend getaway for couples or friends.

The walls and ceiling are anything you can hear voices & noises. 2 nights we went to bed and were awakened very early by the ppl upstairs. So much so we called the desk and they sent security. Carpets were stained and dirty. The bathroom was very dated and the window didn’t open to get an ocean breeze. The clientele at the pool seemed to be “members” and blasted their music. It was low rent. Parking isn’t easy and there aren’t any cards to show who is a guest and just parking for the beach. All in all not a very well run property. Wouldn’t go back especially since it was $400/nt plus resort fees :(

Beautiful place! We loved staying in the old part with the history. Lovely view, nice pool, seating spaces. Definitely top notch. Definitely get reservations for dinner, we could not get into dinner .

There are always people who are not staying at the property using the pools and hot tubs. We pay extra to stay here to use these amenities. This time there were a lot of rude teenagers using the hot tub we were in. The last time we complained about unaccompanied minors to the fron desk, nothing was done about it. We had to tell them several Times not to splash and throw a football in the hot tub. This was met with disdain and aggression.

Beautiful, historic hotel on the beach. Everyone was incredibly nice and friendly. Room was nice and bathroom was large with fluffy towels. Weather was cool and rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the pools/hot tub but they looked very nice and inviting. Multiple local restaurants and shops within walking distance of the property.
