No complaints at all.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
I was a little nervous considering the other review, but we had a great experience here. I found it clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was nice and helpful. I did notice one thing when checking out: the customer in front of me was very upset because of their cancellation policy. They were trying to cancel their room Sunday morning for Sunday night. They adhere to their cancellation policy, so only book for what you know you need. I have no complaints and would stay here again. The one-bedroom was perfect for my family of 4.

Nice hotel, good location

The hotel is just off Washington Road and very convenient to many restaurants and the interstate. It is a very quiet area. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They have free internet service. In the evenings they have a different selection of snacks which are pretty good (wings one night, BBQ another, etc.). The rooms are clean and well maintained. Lots of room to spread out and get work done or just relax.

customer service the worst i have ever seen and i have been all over the world.the night staff knows nothing about customer service and needs serious restaffing.
