I booked a studio room for the 5 in my family. I even called ahead to make sure the room would accommodate us. When I arrived, I was informed that they overbooked and did not have the type of room available for us. They somehow thought that a room with 2 queen beds would accommodate all of us. No rollaway bed would fit. Note that the room they offered to us still needed to be cleaned and was not available immediately. They did offer to find a room at another property. The room they found was not close by and would cost me more money than what I booked. They proceeded to tell me I should have downloaded the app and checked in online earlier in the day. Somehow it was my fault now. I ended up calling a family member in the area to accommodate one of my family members, but I should not have to do that. The property was clean and safe, but they should have been more prepared for the overbooking situation.

Check in was horrible. They gave our room to someone else and apparently I wasn’t the only one with issues. They offered a king bed with roll away bed. We took it because we were tired from driving. The next day they gave us our 2 queen bed room. However I found out the girls from the night before never officially checked me in properly. It was a horrible mess, but the Saturday morning staff fixed everything for us for the rest of our stay.

Not a good experience. After the first night at the hotel the staff did not clean our room. After being told they would make things right by cleaning the room, it still wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast never replenished food once it was out. Breakfast was from 6-10 but as soon as the food started to run out, they never replenished it. Disappointing experience overall!

I loved the size of our room. Five people are easily and comfortably able to stay in this room. The staff were very friendly. We had a great stay.
