My European Type C travel plug adapter went missing from my room after the cleaning service. I reported the issue to reception, but initially, the only response I received was an apology. After raising the issue several times, I was eventually given another adapter, but it was not as useful or suitable as the one I had lost. For me, however, the main issue is not the value of the adapter, but the feeling of trust and security. Having a personal item disappear from my room after cleaning was very concerning, and I expected the hotel to take the matter more seriously and investigate what had happened. Overall, the hotel itself is good, but this experience unfortunately affected my impression of my stay."
