Our first room had to be changed because of a leak in the shower. Once notified, the representative at the desk was extremely professional and quickly moved us into another room. Breakfast was fabulous with a daily variety of different options. We loved that! The only downside to our stay was the wifi which only worked in the lobby and surrounding areas. :(

It was a good experience. The only thing I am not a big fan of is the dehumidifier wasn’t working properly it will stopped working after 1 hour. (The tank was about 1/3 full, so not a water issue). And it made the room a little too moisturized.

We enjoyed our stay. Angel at the front desk was very kind. The hotel is located just minutes from Condado beach. The room was a bit smaller than we expected but everything was nice.

Room was in ok condition, but the size of the room is small. The good things are - 1. Location of this hotel is pretty good, very walkable to various good resturants and beach. Also their breakfast is decent. I had 2 issues during my stay- 1. Other than morning coffee, they do not have coffee round the day. Upon asking for milk sachet, the front desk tried to find it but could not. This is very basic. 2. The bathroom exhaust fan suddenly started making lot of noise. I asked the front desk but no one came to fix it.
