Our booking came with $17 per person per day Food and beverage credit, but it was poorly explained by staff. I was told different things on different days. Also, my bar bill from Hilton Union Sq, did not get credited. I would have had to pay additional had I not been thorough. GREAT LOCATION, I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

The staff were friendly and a very helpful. While the price of parking on site felt a bit high, the valets were prompt and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

The person who checked us in told me that we didn’t have breakfast, and then that we didn’t have two beds for the suite which is what I paid for. Next day the person who checked us out said we did and the experience was great other than that

Comfortable beds is the only good thing I got, towels were re-used just folded after housekeeping came through, sketchy area with a lot of homeless who seemed to be on drugs.. window was very dirty, no noise isolation from the outside.
