If you’re interested in staying at a hotel with hospitality, timely customer service, doors that reach the floor, windows that block out sound, amenities beyond basics, and a comfortable bed, look elsewhere. The hotel was busy, showing they do a good job advertising, but the long lines and lack of customer service left us wishing we stayed somewhere else.

Great location, walking distance to the piers. Public transportation is close by. Room is updated and very clean, the beds are comfortable. Excellent service. The only drawback is that the room facing the street is little noisy, we can hear cars, motorcycles and trash pickups in the early morning.

Great location from Pier 39. Rooms were nice and clean but bathroom a bit cramped. However breakfast buffet was wonderful. Dining area was larger than most hotels that serve breakfast. Pretty impressed. Will definitely stay again for that alone.

I did not like the fact that I had to rent the microwave for $20 which I read was included refrigerator. I had to ask for another one because it did not get cold and I had to put insulin food very expensive and it was a walk-in shower, which I prefer a tub and a shower That I had my granddaughter with me
