When I arrived the people around the entry way and in the streets were tweekers so we decided not to stay there at all. The room was non-refundable and staff would not provide a credit so I had to pay for two nights and also for another hotel that was actually safe. I couldn’t more strongly recommend that you avoid this hotel.

The staff was nice and friendly. The housekeepers were so friendly. We even had a stuffed animal that we left on a bed. They came in and tucked in our stuffed animal. It was the sweetest thing in the whole world, and we appreciate it immensely. nearby is a bus/cable car route to almost anywhere in the city.

Great pick - it's near Tenderloin which is a suspicious area to be in late at night. The quality of the hotel is super good, managers/employees are extremely friendly, and all of the aspects are well done.
