The hotel staff were friendly and professional, and I appreciate their service. However, I was very disappointed with my stay due to the room environment and excessive noise.
First, the view from my window was essentially nonexistent and quite unpleasant, which significantly affected the overall experience.
More importantly, the noise level in the room was unacceptable. There was constant loud noise coming from the outdoor air conditioning units, the heating system inside the room was extremely noisy while running, and even the refrigerator inside the nightstand produced a noticeable humming sound throughout the night.
Because of these combined noises, I was unable to fall asleep until around 4:00 a.m. on both nights. This is simply not reasonable for a hotel stay where guests expect rest and comfort.
For future guests assigned to this room, I would recommend that the hotel provide earplugs, or preferably address the noise issues directly.
