We had a great stay at this property! Easy walk over to the beach and the pizza place across the street and Starbucks out the back door is awesome for convenience. The location is great when traveling with young adults as there is quite a bit for them to do close by without them needing the car. Beach and some little shops are with in a block. Several restaurants are walkable. Definitely go with a small vehicle as the garage is a tight park but it’s a place to park and those seem to come at a premium. We loved that the garage door shut and locked as did the entry gate to the complex. The condo was clean and cute and well equipped. You don’t need a hair dryer, kitchen had plenty of utensils and dish ware available. They supply a few beach towels too! Save some space in the luggage that way. Laundry on site is a nice perk but you will need supplies. It is a busy area during the day but quiets right down by 11. Owners were super easy to contact for any questions. This is a great “home base” for all your adventures in San Diego. This was a trip to celebrate my son graduating high school and a last big trip before he and his girlfriend go off to college. We had the absolute best time!
