Owner built for himself with no expense spared. 20 foot wall to ceiling glass panels that opens up completely to outside deck. 600sq ft penthouse deck with built in grill fridge outdoor dining table and sectional couch. All rooms have private dual shower bathrooms with Jacuzzi tub in master. May cost a little more but worth it.

No smoking or pets. Must be 28 or older

Walk, bike, uber

Great for familys and friends,not for parties. If you plan on having more then allowed people on contract this would not be the unit to rent.

Door Entry: Code will be made for you at check in.

Garage Parking: Back into parking garage only. Only cars and small crossover SUVs can fit. Do not attempt to park a large truck or SUV inside the garage there is plenty of street parking. All of the beach toys are located in the garage.
Outside Parking: Public street parking is available in front of building and on Mission Blvd.

Lock up: Make sure you lock up and don't leave anything out in the yard (toys, bikes, etc). Always keep garage door down. We recommend locking bikes in the garage, please be cautious about items left on the front patio. We are not responsible for lost/stolen items.

Outside Area: The yard is yours to use. There is a hose in the garden area for washing off. Please keep the common front yard area clean.
2nd floor balcony: Each glass panel slides over the right and swings open. Feel free to open up the place and enjoy the open air. Use the doorstop to keep them from slamming shut. Close every panel before leaving and lock it. We have provided heavy plastic chairs for you to sit outside. Please leave the metal stools inside so they don't rust.

Beach towels: Beach towels are in the closet with washer and dryer on the 1st floor. Please try to conserve water by only washing full loads. Shake out excess sand from your towels and clothing before washing.

Trash: There is one trash can and one recycling bin on the side of the garage. Please place all refuse into these containers only. Please tie your garbage bags securely to help prevent fly and odor problems. Please recycle.

Barbecue grill: Please clean the grill with the wire brush provided if you use the grill, so the next person has a clean space. Cover the grill when not using it. Rust is a huge problem at the beach.

Air conditioning: There are two AC units. Please make sure they're they are both off when you leave.

Safety: As you are aware, this is a four-level house. Please supervise all children at all times, especially near the stairs, windows, and on the deck and balcony. The rock garden wall are not 4 climbing. They are a facade and can easily break off.

Remember: The owners home is attached to yours. No smoking. NO PETS OR VISITING PETS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND FORFEIT YOUR RENT.

CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS

Check out time is at 10:00 am
We would like you to stay longer, but we must prepare for the next guests. We wish that you leave the house in good order.

• Please strip the sheets off the bed and leave dirty linens and towels on the bedroom floor.
• Make sure sink is empty, all dishes and utensils are placed in the dishwasher and start wash before you leave.
• Please make sure all boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels are inside the unit.
• Please take kitchen garbage out and all trash that has accumulated during your stay.
• Clean and wipe up all food from counters and tables so as not to attract ants.
• Please take home or throw away all perishable food items in the refrigerator, freezer and cabinets. You may bag items and leave them for the cleaning crew if you like.
• Please place remote controls for TV and blinds on the counter as they are small and easy to lose.
• Check the washer and dryer for your personal items.
• Please clean the grill if you have used the barbeque.
• Turn off fans, heaters, and all lights.
• CLOSE AND LOCK ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS BEFORE YOU DEPART.
• Report any damage or maintenance issues so they can be repaired.
