Had a handicapped room, dont know why. Most of the outlets didnt work. The phone was not working, no alarm clock. The water in the shower was barely warm. The bathroom sink was clogged. The air was so loud we had to turn it off. Been a Hampton inn guy forever, this one was terrible.
