The check in process took some time...not an easy one, lots of paperwork...The floors were dusty and the extra pet charge was a surprise...The breakfast is very poor. No free drinking water for the customers anywhere to find...I wouldn't stay here again.

Clean and a good.value

This Motel was in good condition it looks like it was recently remodeled. They allow dogs which is nice and the price is fair and the staff was friendly. Nice small buffet breakfast including hot waffles. I would have given it a five-star but their Wi-Fi wasn't working right and I need Wi-Fi when I'm on the road

Staff was great. Rooms.were a little worn, but not too bad. Would have been nice to have some carpet and a comfort chair to sit in. Nice bug fridge. There wasno areas for pets to wnjoy.

This place did me a kindness and exersized great compassion to me in my time of need. My father was in ICU dieing from cancer, and at 8 oclock at night I decided that i needed to stay at the hospital with him. With expedia's rules I could not cancel my reservation. The hotel got in contact with me and offered a full refund at zero charge. I never expected this. Honestly I was convinced that most establishments just don't really care, but this place does. To whomever there initiated the refund I owe you my grattitude, and you will always have my business when I'm visiting salem. Thank you for the kindness you gave to me.
