The hotel under-delivered on services. Breakfast, scheduled to be available starting at 6:30, was not available until 7. When it was available, the staff member behind the bar was grumpy and said we could place an order, but it would be a long wait. On the second day of our stay the elevator stopped working. Our room was on the 8th floor. It didn't work again before we checked out.

Very nice place to stay in Richmond. Well located and the rooms are very clean. Only had 1 problem during my stay, on check-in, the girl was very unfriendly and seems kinda bored of her job.

I had an amazing experience at the Moxy. Visited for a work trip. Front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. I absolutely loved the take home art in the room. The decor was what I loved the most. Parking was a little tricky but only because it was Halloween.

I had such a great stay here! The hotel was spotless and very clean, and the decor was fun and funky in the best way. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We even got a complimentary drink from the bar, which was a nice touch. There were also so many cute activities around the property that made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
