There were clothes from the previous guest left in the room, The shower was dirty, the refrigerator was dirty and did not work, no ice machine to be found, not enough parking, Some of the lights in the room did not work, "breakfast" area was in another building and was minimal. Bed base is sheet metal and sounds like a very loud drum if at minimum, brushed against. Suggest some spray foam coverage on inside, or glue some fiberglass batting to dull or negate the noise. It's troubling to hear (I wear hearing aids) if spouse brushes up against it while walking by.
