"The staff (Thomas at Front Office) were extremely helpful by sending out the shuttle in the middle of the night multiple times while I was delayed and then having trouble locating my luggage. They also gave me an upgrade which was great after such a long day. The breakfast wasn't that good which was the only set back. However, a really smooth stay and the shuttle drivers were great."
