Some things are out of your control, if something is not working properly I think you should be comped a little. Not having hot water was a little inconvenient. Two hours past of when we were supposed to have it,it was only lukewarm. I have to take a shower before going to bed, it was a little shocker to my body with warm water but manageable. Probably a bigger headache for you

We stayed here for one night. It was insanely busy as there was a windstorm. We did have some issues checking in as the room was not available as of 8:30 pm. We were able to speak to the staff who moved to a pool view room immediately, but it was frustrating we had to search it out that late in the evening. Besides the minor check in issue the hotel was excellent. The quality and cleanliness was well worth the cost. We will be back for sure!

Winter Business Stay

Stay at the resort twice a year for business. Overall, my favorite place to stay in Reno. They used to be able to mitigate the smell of smoke in the non smoking rooms, but last couple stays the smell lingers in the non-smoking rooms.
