"Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay, offering us complimentary champagne at check-in. Our room was quiet and clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've had in any hotel. Dined at the restaurant on-site and ordered room service, both of which exceeded our expectations.
