"Save your money and stay anywhere else. I arrived to find the front desk completely abandoned. After waiting 20 minutes with no staff in sight, I walked through the lobby to find someone. I finally located the receptionist, Nathan — walking out of the restroom. That set the tone for the entire stay. The room was on the ground floor facing the parking lot. Dirty carpet, debris left near the curtains, and an overall feel that belongs in a budget motel — not a Hilton property. This room had clearly not been properly cleaned before I checked in (see photos). When I asked Nathan to move me to a higher floor, he claimed the hotel was sold out. On a Wednesday. I reached out to Expedia to request a refund and got nowhere — so I was essentially trapped in a dirty, poorly located room with no recourse. And then came the shower. The water pressure was so weak it was almost laughable. What should have been a 5-minute shower turned into an ordeal. Hilton should be embarrassed to have this property under their brand. Zero accountability, zero cleanliness, zero professionalism. Do not stay here."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable, the only complaint is I know the pool was "heated" but it was cold. I was so excited to go swimming, I got my new suit on, went down to the pool as soon as we checked in, got in the water up to my knees, waited a few, and I never acclimated to the water. It was constantly freezing. I could not get comfortable. The furthest i made it in was up to my belly button, my back started hurting from shivering, and my travel companion who was equally excited and I both noped out of there, and never went in again. We were both so sad, because we were both looking forward to swimming as we are both water and swim lovers. We ended up checking out a day early, there was nothing to do in the hotel, and the work in mu cobdo finished early. If the pool was warmer, we would have stayed the full time just to swim longer."
