"The animals on property were a big hit for our adult children and ourselves! The dining options were awesome (esp Japonese!) We loved every staff and wish we could have stayed! We were there during a time of high sargassum and this was not even an issue as we had so much to do on property. The beach/sand was still beautiful, the pool was awesome and so many activities. I highly recommend!"

"Beautiful, quiet and relaxing resort. We spent 8 nights here for our honeymoon and would definitely return! Great staff, delicious food! Beware of the sargasso seaweed - it sounds like it is bad during certain times of the year. We were at the resort 6/1-6/9 and the last 2 days it was really rolling in and the beaches were covered. "

"The property is very clean. Room attendants made sure that the room was very clean on a daily basis and gave you fresh new towels everyday. Rooms were bigger than regular hotels. It had a full kitchen with a big fridge and came equipped with a stove, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, microwave, plates, cups, coffe maker, etc. Only about a 5 minutes drive from Xcaret, Xplor and Xenses as well as other attractions. Will definitely reserve again in the future. By the way, very minimum carpet area in the room. Only under the beds and sofa so no moldy or humid smell in the room. Plenty of space in the room for 4 people with 2 actual queen beds. Unlike other hotels that advertise queen beds when in reality they are actually full beds."

"This all inclusive hotel was beautiful. We loved our stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly. Made us feel welcomed. The daily buffet had lots of good options to eat. There is truly something for everyone to eat...even the pickiest of eaters. Lol. We loved that this hotel was so close to the beach and souvineer shops. The hotel has people to offer excursion events. The pools were nice and beautiful. With staff available to bring you drinks. The evening fun events were so fun. Like the Riu party. The rooms are nice and loved that are fridge was always sticked with drinks (water,beer,soda).We had such a great stay. We cant wait to come back. The only thing that was disappointing at this hotel was there were no little bottles of lotion, soap bars, makeup removal wipes etc. Like most hotels now a days provide. "
