Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District

"Disappointing Experience
I'm writing to share our mixed experience at Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District. Our 3-night stay had its ups and downs. Check-in was pretty standard, and our initial room was just okay. However, things improved when Chris helped us switch rooms the next morning - thanks to Chris, the new room was great, and we even got a free breakfast.
The real bummer came after we checked out. We left my husband's gold ring (a 50th birthday gift, worth $700) in the room 😬. We called, and they said they'd look for it, but when we came back, it was "not found". I showed a picture of it, it has a very specific design and there is no way you could’ve miss it. We were told someone would contact us, but radio silence since. It's been over a week and a half, and still no update on the ring. We're extremely disappointed and frustrated that it's gone missing, especially given its sentimental value and how little they actually did to find it. I work at a hotel myself and I know we handle something like this waaay different.
The staff we interacted with, like Chris and Ari (who helped with bag storage), were really helpful, but that's not enough to make up for losing something so valuable. If you're staying here, just be careful with your stuff, they’ll disappear without any trace.
Best regards,
Triana"
