Condo was outstanding! Condo Clean with well equipped kitchen. Large main bedroom. Communication with host was exceptional. Pool was great and refreshing. Condo in great location for restaurants and shopping. Covered parking and easy in and out with guard. Overall an excellent condo!!

Really appreciate the attention to detail:1. Clear directions about passcodes, wi-fi, parking, entry process. That is huge!2. Clean, nice aesthetic, quiet complex, no sound from other units, enjoyable art, comfortable bed, well-organized kitchen utensils.3. Very responsive management! Double huge! 4. Access to the adjoining Biltmore Fashion Plaza amenities. Nice to have Royal Coffee and True Kitchen midst all the shops and higher end restaurants like Capital Grill that are literally a 3 minute walk.

Spring Break Stay!

The condo is decorated with such flair. Everything included.... even spices! And a float for the pool. Centrally located. Not that I recommend this however we forgot some items in the closet and had to arrange to go back and get them and Melissa and Tom made it easy for us to do. Thank you! We hope to stay again!

Family visit

From booking to leaving, it was beyond our expectations! The unit was well stocked. Communication w/owner wonderful and prompt. The gate guards very friendly and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Spot

I visited my mother in Phoenix and stayed at Mel and Tom's condo. They have put every thought into what you would need or want and then added more. It's beautifully furnished and absolutely lovely. The heated pool and jacuzzi are a nice treat! It's just across the street from the Scottsdale Fashion Mall and also walking distance to a really great coffee shop, Press Coffee. The condo is a nice size with a fully stocked kitchen and Mel and Tom are very responsive. Couldn't have wished for anything better and we will be visiting again. Thanks so much, Mel and Tom, for making my visit special!

Our 5th Year at the Cloisters

We are great fans of the Cloisters. This is our first stay at this particular unit. Everything about it was excellent. The place was clean and well-furnished. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We had great and regular communications with the owner. My sister, my niece and my sister-in-law all came to visit (at different times) and also raved about the unit. Even the weather co-operated with snow and cold in Chicago, while we were warm and sunny in Arizona. We recommend this unit without hesitation.

We stayed at Tom and Mel’s condo during a recent work trip and it was perfect! The location was super convenient and the condo itself was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Arizona Getaway

My wife and I were in town for my wife’s work conference and this property had everything we could have asked for. The complex offers a quiet getaway only a short drive from anything you may want to do in the Phoenix area. The property was clean and had everything we needed and the owners were great to deal with. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

Perfect stay while in Phoenix

We arrived late on evening of checkin. The directions and codes worked perfectly. The place was amazingly clean and well furnished with everything we needed. We hoped to spend a little more time at the pool but ran short of time. We will book for a longer stay which we will do hopefully soon. Loved the Phoenix area and would recommend to all out friends and families.

Great Property

Our family went to the Phoenix area to look at a few colleges. The property was very nice, clean and in a great location! We enjoyed walking to the mall for dinner, as well as having access to tennis courts, a pool and a gym. Communication with our hosts was also great! They wanted to make sure our stay was going well, and it was. Everything was great and we would love to stay again when we are back in Phoenix!

Great location!

Property was in a great location, almost exactly between old town Scottsdale and GCU. it was nice to have a pool and hot tub. Nothing fancy but was clean and since it was gated it was very safe. Would stay again.

Wonderful Stay

My friends and I wanted a place to stay for the weekend of the Taylor Swift concert. This place was even better than the pictures. It is walking distance to food and shopping. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything, down to the spare tennis rackets. This vrbo is in a gated community and although it sounds like a lot of other vrbos are in the area, this one in particular is on the quiet and older side. Would be great for families as well! Thanks for a great stay.

Everything about his place exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, beautifully furnished, a perfect location near restaurants and shops, and had absolutely every amenity we could ask for in a VRBO. Our Hosts were very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.
