Suites needs an upgrade. Stained carpet, kitchen drawers broken,towel rack falling off the wall, very noisy ac and refrigerator, bed skirt ripped. Forgot my wake-up call. Check in staff was fabulous.

It was great for what we needed sadly though it looked like someone had puked on the floor in our you and it hadent been cleaned up very well also tons of dirty sheets and stuff in the hall

I would like to personally apologize for the unfortunate incidence that you experienced during your stay with us regarding the long check in process and room key error. We continually try to do our very best for all of our guests, but unfortunately, sometimes we do fail. Our desk agent was brand new and I ensure you this was an error on our end.
