#1. Window was broken in our room and couldn’t be closed shut. We had to endure a whistling breeze noise all night long, and had much trouble sleeping…. when we told the front desk, it took them 3 hours to come and handle the issue. The engineer finally arrived after 3 hours and taped the window closed and said he would be back later to repair it….. he never came back. #2. Our room didn't have an emergency flap lock on the door. Looked like it was broken off. When we told the engineer, he said he would come back to put one on the door… he never came back. #3. The TV kept going to a black screen and stayed black for hours and then suddenly turned back on. This happened twice during our 2 day stay. Needless to say we were very frustrated during our 2 day stay. We chose the W because we had such great experiences in the past, but my Birthday weekend was certainly interrupted and our room stay was not pleasant. Feels like the W has gone down in customer service and amenities. Flat towels, flat wash cloths, no microwave, no refrigerator, the front desk referring to our issues as “Cases.” I should have chosen The Logan, The Marriott, The Lowes, The Ritz, or The Four Seasons… Guaranteed Luxury and Service with those options.

The property has aged super poorly. There was a cigarette burn on one of the pieces of furniture in the room. There was a rope line to use the lobby and there was no speed pass for guest. Can you imagine, booking a room in a W and you have to wait in line to use the fing lobby. Never again staying here again.
