This was the best stay that my wife and I had ever. Hospitality, cleanliness, amenities everything was above my expectations. The only thing I have to say of a dislike was clarity on the incidental fee that wasn’t explained which block my card for 250.

Arrived shortly after 5pm for our 4pm check-in, told room wasnt ready and offered downgraded room with $75 dinner voucher. Since I had 7pm dinner reservations and 8pm show tickets, I declined. I chose to wait being told my rooms cleaning would be expedited and given a $20 ticket for the bar. At 630p (an hour and a half after arrival) I went to front desk to ask about possible ETA for my room as well as seeing if they had availability to extend my stay one day. Right away I was told if I extended my stay it wouldnt be complimentary (which wasnt ever asked on my end and I little insulting). Meanwhile, I got to hear 3 other guests check-in and even be offered room UPGRADES like more sq. Footage and a better city view. The person helping me stepped away from the counter and came back almost 20 mins later with a supervisor and refused to help me further. At 720p, I was finally given my room key but not before being treated like less than the other guests. When I got to my room, there was hair in the shower, a moldy straw on the floor by the trash can, and dust on the desk. We called for a cleaner to come back who was very sweet and thorough and very apologetic for our experience. The next morning we were called at 930am and allowed to stay until 2pm instead of 11 for check out.The room overall was nice, but I will never stay at the W again.

The check-in process was smooth, and I felt taken care of right away. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The location was also perfect—close to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful and safe. My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, offering warm, attentive service that made me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—easily one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had while traveling. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the experience feel elevated and stress-free. The location was also ideal, making it easy to access nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. A very happening place ! Loved the decor everywhere and the hype vibe. The bar by the pool area needs more supplies. The wine offering were scarce . No Sauvignon Blanc , no Prosecco! These are not hard to find items, it's quite disappointing to not be available at such high-end hotel.

I wish I took pictures the room was rushed this can’t be the normal? there were obvious traces of a previous resident. The presentation was nice! but the main place you would expect for it to be spotless is the bed! in the crevices dirt/crumbs and what looked like a kids toy accessory was left behind. I didn’t get close up I’ve slept in worse places so I was gonna suck it up BUT I went to check out the outside deck before I checked out notice my key card wasn’t working went to the lobby and one of the employees was so snudy & dismissive. It’s sad the welcome was lovely. S/o YUSUF did an exceptional job welcoming me and gave me great suggestions.
