The floors were absolutely FILTHY!! They turned my husband bare feet visibly black with dirt and grime. Also, the walls were visibly soiled. Given this it mase me question the how clean all other things actually were. The location was fantastic! Close to the historic areas.

Highly recommended!!!

We were so happy with our One Sky Loft location. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Great quality sheets on the comfortable bed, wonderful shower, with high quality body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen contained nice cookware and dishes and we loved the addition of the full spice rack. The location was perfect too. Easy walking distance to the historical district. It is just a one minute walk to the Walnut Street Theatre which is America's oldest theatre. We enjoyed a fantastic show there.

This is an awesome spot! We needed walking distance to Pennsylvania Hospital and this was it ! Spacious, all supplies provided, showers had great pressure .. only negative i can say is wood floors needed better cleaning, socks and bare feet were dirty .. overall, very nice place and would stay again!!

I would give this property give stars but I wasn't completely happy when I first arrived. There weren't enough towels, wash cloths or toilet paper for three guests staying three nights. So I had to go purchase toilet paper, laundry detergent and wash cloths. I immediately communicated this the same night I arrived. I didn't leave out of the loft until 1:00pm the next day. I didn't receive a response from anyone about this issue until around 2-3pm. Also the couch in the deluxe suite is not comfortable to sleep on and they advertise it as a sofa bed but it is not. So this is why I would probably choose a near by hotel next visit because all I have to do is make one call to the front desk and the problem is solved. Other than that the area was nice, safe, convenient.

Enjoy your View of a Wall

The unit is modern, but very poorly equipped. Coffee pods, but no sugar or creamer, salt or pepper, no wine glasses or corkscrew. Stayed one week, but had to ask for extra towels, hangers, soap pods. Couldn’t get the tv to work and was told that was because there was no cable box. No cleaning service all week. Location was good, but no parking and very noisy. Windows are single pane and the view is of a brick wall.

Yes, it was a bit noisy during the day. Yes, the floor was a little sticky from wrong cleaning products. And yes, I definitely could have used something to put my toiletry bag on in the bathroom. All that being said, this place was great! It was modern, clean, and right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the city. We walked everywhere and would definitely stay here again.

Cute loft in the heart of Philly! Centrally located so we could walk to a lot of places. Only downfall was the wi-fi was very spotty which make it hard to stream apps like Netflix and such.

We only stayed a weekend, but with how clean and spacious we wish we stayed longer. There were extra everything in the closet. The shower was awesome. The place was nice and cozy. The parking wasn’t so bad. And there are plenty of eating places within walking distances. We definitely recommend this place.

Very private as there are only handful of units in the building. The check in and check out instructions were communicated by email and text messages and were clear. The street was loud at times (noisy people, buses, etc) but the bedroom is receded from the window so it didn't bother me.

The property was beautiful and Love the layout. but the bathroom floors were not clean there were foot prints all throughout the bathroom floors. And the Stairs were dirty and walls had stains on them … Probably just needs a clean wipe down… but it was very noticeable. Just being honest

Property was nice, new and clean. But what I need most is a bed and some rest. The floors in this hotel are uncovered wood and sound carries. We had rude guest above us having a loud party until 1:00am, we had to be out at 6:00am, 5 hours sleep is not what we paid for. The management is remote, and really could do nothing. Our stay was bad, but I suppose it is luck of the draw. Good luck to you if you stay here.
