The house upon arrival was beautiful but as well got comfortable it became disappointing. The sheets in the master bedroom were disgusting hair, dirt and stains. The extra blankets in the closets were dirty. The spare bedroom pillows had blood on them. There is mold in the spare bathroom along with the ice machine not working. Luckily I brought soap so I washed everything before we could sleep in the beds. Then came the mouse which I did catch. When I brought all of the issues up nothing was resolved. I thought maybe a discount on the stay was the least that could be done. I got nothing but a sorry. I travel a lot this stay was so disappointing. I sent videos and pictures. I don’t recommend this property. The pool was beautiful that was the best part of the stay.
